1. No smoking allowed

2. No parties or events allowed

3. No pets allowed on the premises

4. A damage deposit will be applicable one day before arrival which is refundable (within 7 working days) after checkout and upon inspection of the property

5. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

6. For bookings made by the company staff where an electronic invoice has been sent to the guest for direct payment, this needs done and payment to be cleared no later than 14 days prior to the check-in date, otherwise Willow Serviced Apartments reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.

7. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.

8. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 09:00

9. Check-in and check-out times:

-Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00

-Check-out from 05:00 to 10:00
