Who we are

Willow Properties Group Ltd is a property development company working across South Wales and London. We acquire under-used, period and dilapidated buildings and manage each project from purchase through planning, design and construction to completion, from period conversions and office-to-residential schemes to full house restorations.

Our projects

Projects we have delivered include St Line House, a listed period office building in Cardiff Bay converted into 18 apartments; 10 The Walk, a dilapidated house converted into 4 apartments; and 6 Brook Street, a full restoration of a derelict house into a family home.
